Former Old Dominion University women's soccer defender Jackie Stroud was named the Tom Scott Award Winner, the Norfolk Sports Club announced at their luncheon on Monday. The Tom Scott Award is given to ODU's top senior student-athlete as voted on by the Norfolk Sports Club. Stroud is the first women's soccer player to ever win the award.
