NORFOLK, Va. - The Old Dominion University Women's Lacrosse team returns to action on Saturday when they face the University of Oregon for the first time in program history at Pape' Field in Eugene, Ore. First draw is set for 3 p.m. eastern time.

ODU (1-2) is coming off a tough 19-12 loss at home to Richmond on Wednesday. Senior midfielder Lisa Bernardini scored four goals to lead ODU while senior midfielder Rebecca Hartrum added three goals and an assist.

Bernardini and Hartrum each have tallied seven goals apeice this year to lead the ODU attack. Sophomore midfielder Emily Austerberry, senior midfielder Sarah Wright and senior attacker Rebecca Reymann have each added five goals for the Lady Monarchs. In goal, redshirt senior Sarah Geary had collected 30 saves on the year.

Oregon (2-3) who is 0-7 against foes from the CAA all-time, including a recent 16-5 loss to Towson on Feb. 21 in Baltimore, Md., is coming off a 15-2 loss at No. 1 Northwestern on March in Evanston, Ill. The Ducks defeated California in their only other home game this season, 10-9, on Feb. 26 in their MPSF opener while falling at Temple in their season opener and also defeating LaSalle on their east coast swing in February.

The Ducks are led by sophomore midfielder Shannon Propst who has tallied nine goals and two assists this season while sophomore midfielder Nikki Puszcz has added eight goals and an assist for UO. In goal, sophomore Caroline Federighi has 43 saves on the year for an 11.11 goals against average.
