NORFOLK, VA-- The ODU Monarchs open up CAA play this weekend when they host the Tribe of the College of William and Mary. Friday's game at the Bud Metheny Baseball Complex begins at 5 p.m. Saturday will be at 2 p.m. and Sunday is at 1. The contest will be video streamed on ODU All-Acces.

Friday's matchup between ODU's Kyle Hald and W&M's Matt Davenport will be a battle between the CAA's best. Both were first team All-CAA last year and are pre-season All-CAA selections.

Hald is currently 2-0 with a 0.41 earned run average. He has 27 strikeouts in just 22 innings of work. Hald was CAA co-Pitcher of the Week last week.
