Wrestling Heads to No. 13 Central Michigan on Sunday

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Old Dominion University returns to the road on Sunday when they take on No. 13 Central Michigan in Mount Pleasant.

The Monarchs had their home opener on Sunday, posting a dominant 32-10 win over George Mason before heading on the road to take on the Chippewas.

James Nicholson remains fourth in the nation at 125 with a 23-0 record. The combined record of the top-4 (No. 1 Brandon Precin, No. 2 Matt McDonough, No. 3 Anthony Robles, No. 4 Nicholson) wrestlers at the weight Class is 64-1, with the only loss belonging to McDonough, who lost to Precin.

Kyle Hutter is No. 11 at 133 and 25-5 on the year with six major decisions, two technical falls and two pins. Hutter will face Scotti Sentes of the Chippewas, who is currently ranked ninth.

Brennan Brumley is third on the team with 19 wins, while Joey Metzler has 16 wins.

Central Michigan is ranked No. 13 as a team and has four wrestlers ranked in the top-25 in their respective weight classes.

Jarod Trice leads the group, ranked second at 285 while Ben Bennett is No. 5 at 174 and Sentes ninth at 133. Mike Miller rounds out the group at No. 16 at 165.

The Monarchs will be on the road for the final time in 2011 when they travel to NC State on Saturday, Feb. 5.
