Monarch Golfers Fifth After Two Rounds at Furman

GREENVILLE, SC -- Old Dominion's men's golf team is currently in fifth place after two rounds at the Furman Intercollegiate. Old Dominion was one of the 12 teams that were able to complete the second round as seven teams were unable to finish the round due to darkness.

Old Dominion's Michael Hospodar (Ontario, Canada) is currently tied for third after a two round total of 142, while teammate Steve Sokol (Oxford, CT) is tied for ninth at 146. East Tennessee State and Virginia are tied for the lead of the event at 582, followed by Maryland at 585, UNC Charlotte at 590 and Old Dominion at 592. The second round will be completed on Sunday morning, followed by an additional 18 holes for all teams.
