Monarchs Host Old Dominion Open

NORFOLK, VA (March 4) - The Old Dominion sailing team is hosting the Old Dominion Open at the Sailing Center on the campus of Old Dominion University.
After the first day of races, St. Mary's is leading the pack with 42 points. Old Dominion is currently in fourth place with 56 points. Old Dominion's A team of Timothy Jansen (Osterville, Mass.) and Meghan Bartley (Oak Park, Illinois) stands in second place while the B team of Jessica Simpson (Ontario, Canada) and Debbie Capozzi (Bayport, NY) is in seventh place.
St. Mary's, Old Dominion, Georgetown, and Princeton have already qualified for the America Trophy to be held at Old Dominion April 29-30. The top four finishers other than the above-mentioned will also qualify.
