Men's Tennis: Monarchs Score First Tennis Win of Spring 7-0 Over NSU

NEWPORT NEWS, VA -- Old Dominion's men's tennis team opened up the spring season with a 7-0 shutout victory over cross-town rival Norfolk State at the indoor facilities at the Center Court Racquet Club in Newport News. The Monarchs scored straight set victories in all but one of their singles matches and then swept the doubles events to earn the 7-0 win. Old Dominion returns to action at 8 pm on Friday night (February 5th) as they host George Washington.
