Monarch Swimmers Fall to UNCW & Tribe

Wilmington, NC-The Old Dominion men's and women's swimming and diving teams were swept by CAA foes UNC-Wilmington and William & Mary this afternoon. The men drop to 5-5 while the women slip to 4-6 overall.
ODU's Ashley Kirchner (Arlington, VA) swept both diving events and teammate Jamie D'Agostino (Ardsley, NY) won the 1650. Freshman Ryan Stoner (Va. Beach, VA) won the 200 breast for the men's side.
The Seahawks swept the event with wins over both the Tribe and Monarchs. William & Mary's squads finished the tri-meet with 1-1 records.
Old Dominion will be back in action on February 2, when they host UMBC at the Scrap Chandler Pool.
