Jennifer Easterling, who is one of the first members of the Old Dominion women's varsity program, returns to her alma mater as a graduate assistant.
Easterling joined the Lady Monarchs program in its first season of varsity status in the fall of 2008 and helped grow the program to new heights over the next three years.
As a senior, she helped the Old Dominion women's program record several impressive results including a second place showing with the Varsity Eight at Dad Vail Regatta, a third place overall finish at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships, and a Grand Final appearance at the Knecht Cup. Easterling also helped the Lady Monarchs to sweeps of Miami and Colgate and wins over six-time Patriot League Champion Bucknell.
Easterling graduated from Old Dominion in May of 2011 with a degree in mechanical engineering.
