• Clinics are held on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Four, three-hour sessions per month for $130 or four, two-hour sessions per month for $75.

ODU Masters swimming will provide an emphasis on stroke technique and conditioning to take swimmers of all abilities to a higher level of fitness. Whether you are a US Masters swimmer who likes to compete, a triathlete looking to improve their swimming or a novice that is looking for conditioning, our program offers something for everyone. All athletes over 18 years of age are welcome!

• Practices will resume on Tuesday January 10th, 2012, following the ODU Winter Break

• Practices held Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings from 5:30-7:30 a.m. Additional Saturday workouts will be offered based on pool availability

• Cost is $60.00 per month (includes registration fee)

To enroll in camp a completed registration form, with health form and payment, must be sent to ODU Camp Office. You will receive a confirmation letter via e-mail after your application has been processed.

Medical Insurance:
The University provides a secondary accident insurance policy which carries a $2,500 maximum benefit. This plan has a $25 deductible and can be filed after the camper's primary insurance. Any bills received from a doctor or hospital should be forwarded to the camp office immediately.
