IRVING, Texas – Six Conference USA teams are headed to bowl games to complete the 2013 season, led by C-USA Champion Rice, who will play in the Liberty Bowl.

“We are proud of our leadership with C-USA for the bowl arrangements and excited for the six schools that will represent our conference in the post-season this year,” ODU Head Coach Bobby Wilder said. “One of the many positive reasons we decided to join this outstanding conference is the opportunity for everyone associated with Old Dominion University to experience the excitement of bowl season. We look forward to our future bowl opportunities in C-USA!”

The bowl season for Conference USA will start on Dec. 21 when Tulane takes on Louisiana-Lafayette in the New Orleans Bowl at 9 p.m. on ESPN.
