2016-17: Conference USA Sixth Man of the Year … Appeared in 26 games, making six starts … Second on the team for points scored, averaging 11.3 per game … Averaged 3.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists per contest … Scored a career high 23 points at Western Kentucky (Jan. 7, 2017) … Grabbed a career best 12 rebounds at Charlotte (Jan. 21, 2017). 

2015-16: Talley started 31 games and saw action in a total of 35 games as a freshman in 2015-16 ... He was one of just five Conference USA rookies to be named to the C-USA All-Freshman Team ... For the season, Talley scored 238 points for an 8.1 average per game, which was the fourth-highest on the team ... Talley hauled down 157 rebounds for the season for a 4.5 average ... He also dished out 56 assists and had 16 steals ... Averaged 23 minutes per contest.

2014-15: Redshirted.

PREP: He played the 2013-14 season at Don Bosco Prep where he averaged 16.3 points per game and 6.1 rebounds per game … Don Bosco Prep is located just about one hour outside of Chicago and currently has 14 alums playing Division I Basketball … Scored 20 points in Merrillville's Class 4-A regional championship, advancing to the Indiana state semifinals ... Talley earned Times All-Area second team and Post Tribune Honorable Mention honors in 2011-12 and 2012-13 ... He was a Times All-Area first team selection in 2012-13 and All-State honorable mention ...Talley averaged 12.8 points for Merillville High School where he was the team captain and team MVP.
