2,200 Attend Second Annual Fan Appreciation Night

NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University hosted its second annual Fan Appreciation Night Saturday evening at Foreman Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium.

More than 2,200 fans attended the event that featured a clinic led by ODU Head Coach Bobby Wilder and assistant coaches Brian Scott, Rich Nagy and Kermit Buggs, as well as games and an autograph session with the football Monarchs.

The night ended with entertainment from the ODU band, and the fans running from the tunnel onto the field.

ODU hosts its season opener on Saturday, Aug. 30 at 3:30 p.m.  The game will be broadcast on the American Sports Network.
