PREP: Off the court, McLelland earned a 4.0 GPA as a student before heading to college ... She has competed at the international level since the age of 14 and was ranked No. 1 in all of the United Kingdom for the under-16, as well as under-18 age divisions ... She won the U-18 Scottish Indoor Nationals and was the Scottish National Outdoors champion for U-16 and U-18 ... In 2015, McLelland won a silver medal while representing Scotland in the Junior Commonwealth Games.
