SERIES VS. UAB Former Sun Belt Conference rivals from 1983-1991. The Blazers lead the series 17-9. The two teams have played four overtime games and also met in the Sun Belt finals in 1984. ODU’s last win over the Blazers was 2006-07, 56-42 at ODU.

 LAST GAME The Monarchs defeated Tulane, 70-64 Saturday night. ODU had four players in double figures led by Aaron Bacote with 16, followed by Dimitri Batten with 15, Keenan Palmore with 14 and 10 points for Richard Ross. Freshman Denzell Taylor led with eight rebounds. ODU shot .491 from the floor and forced the Green Wave into 17 turnovers.
