Princeton, NJ -- The Old Dominion women's tennis team fell to #47 Princeton, 5-3, February 27 at Jadwin Gym in Princeton, NJ. The Lady Monarchs fall to 3-3 overall and remain 1-1 in the CAA.

Ana Radeljevic (Zagreb, Croatia) led the Monarchs, defeating Kavitha Krishnamurthy, the 14th-ranked player in the country who was the East Regional champion in the fall.

"Ana had a great #1 and I believe it will give her more confidence," said Head Coach Darryl Cummings. "The team played a solid match and we came close to beating a very good team."

The team is next in action March 4 against Marshall. The match is slated for an 11 am start at the Old Dominion Tennis Center on the Old Dominion campus in the first outdoor match of the season.
