Charles Higgins Finishes 8th at Navy Laser Open

ANNAPOLIS, MD -Old Dominion junior sailor Charles Higgins (Arlington, TX) finished 8th in the Navy Laser Open, held in Annapolis, MD, with 132 points.  David Tunnicliffe (Perrysburg, OH) finished 12th with 179 points, while Bill Berg (Longwood, FL) finished 13th with 180 points.  The top six finishers earned a berth in the MAISA Singlehanded Championships, held at the U.S. Naval Academy October 9-10.
