2011-12 Basketball TV Schedule Get Acrobat Reader

The Old Dominion University men's and women's basketball teams will be featured on a variety of local, regional and nationally televised or digitally streamed broadcasts, that includes seven men's games and two women's games on the ESPN family of networks, 15 on the Comcast network and three produced and aired locally by Cox 11 in Hampton Roads.

The ESPN nationally televised games include home men's games against Missouri on Dec. 30 (ESPNU), and Drexel on Feb. 25 (ESPN, ESPN2 or CSN), a potential matchup with Kentucky in the Basketball Hall of Fame tournament on Nov. 20 (ESPNU), at George Mason on Feb. 4 (ESPNU) and potential ESPN coverage for the Monarchs road Bracketbuster game on Feb. 18. Additionally, three men's and two women's games will be carried nationally on espn3, the broadband sports network of ESPN.

Cox Communications in Hampton Roads will produce and air three games on Cox 11, including the women's season opener against Virginia Tech on Friday, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m., the men's matchup against NCAA participant Vermont on Nov. 23 at home, and the Lady Monarchs' CAA game against rival VCU on Sunday, Feb. 19 at 3 p.m. All three games will be aired locally on Cox 11, and carried live on CSN+ channels in Comcast markets.

The Comcast network will produce and air 15 games for both squads, including key CAA men's matchups with George Mason, Hofstra, VCU, William and Mary and James Madison, and Lady Monarch games at George Washington and James Madison, and a home date with Hofstra.

All non televised home games will be broadcast by Monarch Media at www.odusports.com, and all men's and women's games will be broadcasted on radio on ESPN 94.1 FM.
