Join ODU Women's Soccer For a Charity Clinic This Saturday

NORFOLK, Va. -- For the second year in a row, the ODU women's soccer team will host a Mother-Daughter charity clinic to benefit breast cancer research. This Saturday, April 4, come out and join Old Dominion from the 10:00 am-12:00 pm at the ODU Soccer Stadium for just $25. All proceeds will be donated to the Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource and Image Center in Columbia, Maryland, as part of the 13th Annual Kicks Against Breast Cancer charity tournament.
The clinic is open to players of all ages and their mothers. All participants will partake in skill instruction along with a mother-daughter game. The price per family is $25.00. All children, boys or girls, are invited to participate in the charity event.
Registration will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday, April 4, at the ODU Soccer Stadium. More information is available in the flyer attached at the top of this release, or by calling the Old Dominion University Athletic Camp Office at (757) 683-5447.

Old Dominion University Women's Soccer will host a Mother-Daughter Clinic in hopes of raising money and awareness for breast cancer. All proceeds will be donated to the Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource and Image Center in Columbia, Maryland as part of the Kicks Against Breast Cancer mission. We invite mothers and daughters of all ages to come and join us in supporting this cause.

Philosophy: We want to create an environment where mothers and daughters can come out and have fun playing a great game while supporting a great cause. Skill training will be provided by ODU women's soccer players and coaches. Information will be provided regarding breast cancer health awareness. Let's join together to support this wonderful cause!
