Men's NIT & NCAA Women's Ticket Information

Norfolk - The Old Dominion University men's basketball team awaits the announcement of the NCAA tournament bracket on Sunday, March 12, poised as a possible bubble team.
In the event, however, that the Monarchs are not selected to the NCAA field of 64, an invitation to the NIT tournament is expected and the Constant Center box office will begin taking orders for a possible three rounds in Norfolk for season ticket holders only.
Men's basketball season ticket holders may purchase their same seats by purchasing a three-game package via credit card only, beginning Wednesday, March 8 at 10 a.m., through noon on Monday, March 13 at the Constant Center box office only. Any games not played will be refunded to the original card; however season ticket holders must purchase all three games to be assured their same seats. Home games are awarded to the highest seed in each round. No telephone orders will be taken. Box office hours for this special package are Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Sunday, noon- 5 p.m.
Tickets will be priced at $13 for adults and $5 for ODU students and youth 17 and under. General public tickets for game one of the NIT on Monday, March 13 at 3 p.m. at TedTix (1-888-411-4TED) and online at www.constantcenter.com.
The National Invitation Tournament bracket is expected to be announced late Sunday, March 13, following the NCAA men's tournament pairings at 6:30 p.m. on CBS.
Old Dominion and the Constant Center are also hosting the NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament first and second rounds, on Sunday, March 19 and Tuesday, March 21. Eight teams will be seeded in the tournament with four games (two sessions) at noon, 2:30 p.m., 7 and 9 p.m. and 7 and 9:30 p.m.(one session) on Tuesday, March 21. Tournament books are $45 for adults for all games ($30 for youth) and $20 and $15 per session and are available by calling 683-4444. Single session tickets go on sale Monday, March 13 at the Constant Center box office or by calling 1-888-411-4TED or logging online at www.constantcenter.com. Should the Lady Monarchs be selected for the NCAA tournament, they will play their first and second round games at the Constant Center.
