Monarchs Host Global Sports In Final Exhibition Tune-up

NORFOLK, VA. -- The Monarchs play host to Global Sports in their final exhibition tune-up. Game time is 7 p.m. tonight at the Ted Constant Convocation Center.

Global has played five games thus far.

70-90  L at Auburn
80-73  W at Middle Tennessee
78-69  W at LSU
73-70  L at New Orleans
80-63  L at Tulane

Damon Flint, a 6-5 forward from the University of Cincinnati leads the team with 10.2 points per game, followed by Jason Harrison a 5-7 guard from Mississippi at 10.1. Global has outrebounded all five collegiate opponents. Erik Martin a 6-8 forward from Cincinnati hauled in 12 rebounds against Middle Tennessee State and 11 against LSU. Global travels to the University of Miami on Saturday.
