Marsh Named Second-Team All-CAA

RICHMOND, VA. -Ricardo Marsh (Mebane, NC.), a 6-7, 230 pound junior forward was named to the second team All-CAA squad at the league's award banquet Thursday night.

Marsh currently leads the Monarchs in scoring at 15.4 points per game and 7.3 rebounds per game. He is also shooting .509 from the floor to lead the team. Marsh ranks in the top six in the CAA in scoring, field goal percentage and rebounding.

He has performed the double-double five times this year and was named CAA Player of the Week earlier this week.

The Monarchs, 13-15 overall and 7-11 in the CAA open the CAA Tournament Saturday night as the sixth seed and will meet third seed Virginia Commonwealth at 8:30 p.m. in the Richmond Coliseum.
