When did you begin playing football?
I started when I was five or six.
Who has had the greatest impact on your career?
My family and friends.
Why did you choose to attend ODU?
To have a chance to help start a program and make history.
What has been the biggest difference between high school football and college football?
Everybody is big, strong, and fast.
What has been the best part about being a member of ODU’s first football team in over 60 years?
The support we get from the students that attend ODU and the rest of the Hampton Roads area.
If you could play another position what would it be and why?
Tight end so I could catch more passes.
Favorite sports other than your own?
After meeting Coach Wilder for the first time, what were your thoughts?
He will go the extra mile to help build the person and have a winning team.
After meeting your position coach for the first time, what were your thoughts?
This guy look like that dude from Four Brothers (Mark Walberg). I thought he would help me take football to the next level.
Do you have a pre-game ritual, if so what is it?
What is your funniest memory from an ODU practice thus far?
Have not had one yet.
If you could line up opposite any player in the NFL and go 1-on-1, who would it be and why?
Somebody like Ray Lewis or John Lynch. A hard hitter just to see if they really hit that hard.
What song is stuck in your head right now?
Shoulder Lean by Young Dro and Mr 17.5 by Young Jeezy
What is one thing people would be surprised to learn about you?
I like to travel
What is your dream job?
Helping the people that don’t have anything due to life’s struggles.
What is your most valued possession?
Probably the family
