Old Dominion Head Coach Blaine Taylor:

"Closed the chapter on one book and now we go to another. Tonight gave us our first winning record since Christmas Day. That says something about these kids. It's an achievement. I'm very proud of our kids and the way they played tonight. We never worried about other games, just our situation. I just can't say how proud I am of these kids."

"Our bench rose up. Isaiah (Hunter) was really good off the bench. He played very well. Our contribution was very good off the bench. We had no choice but to ask our younger players to step up and contribute and they did. They are not young anymore and we are going to need them to contribute now and beyond."

"We are thankful to be in the quarterfinals and we've earned that chance."

Old Dominion senior forward Ricardo Marsh:

"Great night, very emotional. We just really gave it our all and put it on the line tonight."

Old Dominion senior forward Rasheed Wright:

"This season is not over for us. I'm just so happy that our guys gave it our all and we can walk away as seniors with a winning season. Tonight I was really clear minded and was just there to play basketball and give it all I had. We're going to go out and play 100 percent in every game. We're just ready to go."

Hofstra Head Coach Tom Pecora:

"The way they shot the ball, 64 percent, they did a great job getting shots. They are a dangerous team. They had their way with Wilmington and they are the team to beat. It's going to be a very interesting tournament. We prepared to win. We practice hard. We prefer to go in being competitive every game."
