Stanford is 2-0 on the year with wins over Texas and Gonzaga. Nnemkadi Ogwumike leads the Cardinal at 33 points a game with her sister, Chiney, second on the team at 17.5.

Tara VanDerveer is the head coach of the Cardinal in her 26th year. She has an overall record of 826-198.

Richmond is 2-0 on the season and hosts Boston University on Friday before coming to Norfolk on Sunday. UR has wins over Navy and William and Mary.

Senior Abby Oliver leads the team at 14.5 points a game and was selected to the Atlantic-10 preseason All-Conference team. Rachael Bilney is second on the team at 11.5 points a game while Genevieve Okoro averages 11 points a game.
