Ticket Information For First Round Football Playoffs

NORFOLK, Va. -- Old Dominion University will host Norfolk State in the first round of the NCAA FCS football playoffs at Foreman Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium on Saturday (time TBA).

ODU football season ticket holders have today and tomorrow through 5 p.m. to order tickets for the game, in or near their current seats. Ticket holders can logon on www.coxtix.com and go to the ODU football site to order tickets, using their account information, or call 757 683 4444 today, Sunday, Nov. 20, through 5 p.m. and tomorrow, Monday, Nov. 21, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Members of the ODU football waiting list will receive access to purchase tickets for the game, also online, beginning at 8 p.m. tomorrow night (Monday, Nov. 21) through Tuesday at 9:59 a.m.

Tickets will be available for the general public to purchase on Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 10 a.m. at www.coxtix.com, or by calling 1-888-3COXTIX.

All ticket purchasers are encouraged to utilize the print at home option to receive their tickets in an effort to curtail will call lines the day of the game. The athletic ticket office will be open Monday - Wednesday of this week from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., closed on Thursday for the Thanksgiving holiday, and open on Friday, Nov. 25 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

ODU Students can register for game tickets using their online registration information at www.odusports.com/tickets and logging into the student ticketing page at 10 a.m. on Monday. The first 1,000 ODU students will receive free tickets to the game, and when that allotment has been exhausted, tickets for students will be $5. Students may purchase guest tickets online as well for $20 each, and utilize the print at home option.

Norfolk State fans should call the NSU box office for tickets in that block at 823- 9009 starting at noon Monday morning.

All tickets for the playoff game are $20 each. The winner of Saturday's game will travel to Georgia Southern, who earned a first-round bye in the NCAA field of 20.
