When did you begin playing football?

In the 4th grade

 

Who has had the greatest impact on your career?

My father

 

Why did you choose to attend ODU?

I felt like they had a lot of potential

 

What has been the biggest difference between high school football and college football?

The competition that goes on in practice

 

What has it been the best part about being a member of ODU’s first football team in over 60 years?

The opportunity to set the bar high

 

If you could play another position what would it be and why?

Defensive tackle because that’s what I used to play

 

Favorite sports other than your own?

Basketball

 

After meeting Coach Wilder for the first time, what were your thoughts?

He is a calm and collective person who knows what he wants

He could really help me improve my skills

Darnell Dockett, the Cardinals defensive tackle

 

What is one thing people would be surprised to learn about you?

I’m Native American

Civil engineer
