NORFOLK, Va. -- Chris Brown, ranked 14th in the nation according to InterMat, was named Co-Wrestler of the Week by the Colonial Athletic Association for a consecutive time today, after beating the #12 ranked kid in the nation. Brown upset Andy Rendos (Bucknell) in the Monarchs only action last week, improving to 20-9 overall and posting his fourth win and second straight against a nationally ranked opponent this season.

The ODU junior from Chesapeake, Virginia posted his 20th win of the season for a third straight year. He now has 95 career wins, tying him for ninth all-time at Old Dominion. Brown was ranked 15th last week when he upset Rendos, the 12th ranked 165-pounder in the nation.

Brown shares the weekly honor this week with Hofstra's Jonny Bonilla-Bowman, who upset the 15th ranked wrestler in the nation from Ohio State.
