HEMPSTEAD, NY - Hofstra (5-3-1/2-1-1) senior forward Michael Todd scored two goals, including the game winner with less than eight minutes left to lift the Pride to a 2-1 CAA victory over Old Dominion (8-2/3-1) Sunday afternoon, in a rematch of the last two CAA Championship games. The loss ended ODU's eight-game winning streak.

Todd put Hofstra on top with a goal early in the second half with an assist from Constantinos Christoudias. He then chipped a cross from the near corner into the middle where senior forward Zachary Kinney (Portland, TX.) headed it in from about six yards to tie the match.
The game-winning goal was set up after an ODU foul. Chris Cox pass hit Todd on the rightside of the box where he pushed it in to make it 2-1. ODU outshot Hofstra, 16-12 as Evan Newton (Virginia Beach, VA.) came up with four saves.
