Monarchs At Milwaukee Tennis Invitational: Milos and Mohammed Post Victories In Consolation Bracket

MILWAUKEE, WI -- Sophomore Zoltan Csanadi (Timisoara, Romania), sophomore Calin Milos (Timisoara, Romania), junior Salman Mohammed (Calcutta, India), and sophomore Niklas Oskarsson (Halmstad, Sweden) were each defeated in the singles main draw at the Milwaukee Tennis Invitational. Both Milos and Mohammed each posted victories in the consolation bracket.

Milos lost to Travis Parrott of Portland in straight sets, 6-2, 6-4. Mohammed and Oskarsson each forced three sets in respective matches. Mohammed fell 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 to Benjamin Stapp of Memphis, while Oskarsson dropped a 6-2, 1-6, 6-1 decision to Gustav Pousette of the University of Kentucky. Csanadi also recorded a three set defeat with a 6-3, 3-6, 6-7 loss to Alex Bucewicz of Memphis.

In the consolation bracket, Salman emerged with a straight set win over Chris Dratton of Western Michigan, 6-7, 7-6, while Milos defeated Cornell's Chris Lewis, 6-1, 2-6, 6-2.
