Old Dominion Head Coach Blaine Taylor:

"There were two pretty evenly matched teams. We spilt the season. They really came out early, but I have to credit our bench. They really did a good job playing and it gave us a good chance down the stretch."

"Drexel is hard to simulate. The pattern and play take adjustment. We adjusted after the first 10 minutes. I wish we would have kept it."

"Janko (Mrskic) gave us some good minutes, Isaiah (Hunter) was a real jolt, John (Morris) pretty heavy play, T.J. (Waldon) gave us a big lift in the second half, and Kiah (Thomas) had a real nice rotation. Our bench gave us chance to get back in the game."

"They (Drexel) made some three's. It was a big factor, but you can't cry over spilt milk. You have to pick up and keep going."

Senior Forward Rasheed Wright:

On the Whistles:

"You have to play through. Our coach tells us that if we wait for whistles to blow, we won't win many games."

Junior Guard John Waller:

"I didn't get the joy of putting in the last basket. Anyone of my teammates was capable of making the shot."

"They put in a lot of good shots at the end and we tried to match that, but we didn't. We got some rebounds and second shots, but we didn't finish it and it hurt us."

Drexel Head Coach James "Brusier" Flint:

"Another tough game against these guys down to the wire. We did a better job rebounding today."

"We played with a little bit more intensity. Every game they play it comes down to the last minute and this time we were able to pull it out."
