SUFFOLK, VA-- The Monarchs of Old Dominion shot a second day score of 297 and have a two-day total of 585, eight strokes behind UNC Wilmington at the Colonial Athletic Association Golf Championships.

UNC Wilmington shot 289 today, and individually was paced by Derek Brown who leads the event by one stroke at 140. ODU's Greg Sampson is third, two strokes behind after firing a 72 today for a two-day total of 142. Billy Wingerd of Towson is second at 141. Nick Kenney is ninth at 146. Towson is in third at 593.

The final round of action will be Sunday.
