2005-06:Played in 22 games...14 minutes vs. Mt.ST.Mary's and Drexell.. plans to transfer.. 2004-2005: Scored a career high 4 points against E.Tennessee State, Longwood, at Hofstra and at George Mason...Grabbed five rebounds against Longwood...Logged a season high 17 minutes against Shawnee State...Hauled in four rebounds against Hofstra and Shawnee State.

HIGH SCHOOL: Jason averaged 25.1 points, 9.2 rebounds per game with 50 steals, and hit .755 from the free throw line (195-258). He was selected by the NCHSA as the 1A Player of the Year. He was a second team North Carolina Associated Press All-State selection (the only 1A player selected), and was named to Yadkin Valley Player of the Year for the second time in three years. He also earned All-Conference honors for the fourth straight year... Thompson completed his career with 2,140 career points which is the school's all-time best and ranks 14th in North Carolina state high school basketball history.
