Mayo Leads Calgary to Gray Cup Win

VANCOUVER, CANADA – Former Old Dominion University football standout Deron Mayo helped lead the Calgary Stampeders to a 20-16 victory over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the Gray Cup, to give the Stampeders the CFL Championship.

Mayo had a team-high seven tackles and a forced fumble in the win.

Mayo completed his third season in the CFL with 67 tackles, ranking 15th in the league while also notching two sacks and two forced fumbles.  For his career, Mayo had 133 tackles and eight sacks.
