Harper’s 100-yard kick return touchdown was not the only big return against UNC, as he returned one for 35-yards that was brought back due to a penalty. ODU’s 27.1 yard return average is best in the C-USA and 13th in FBS.

ODU did not have a kickoff return in Saturday’s loss at No. 13 Virginia Tech.
