Sailing Finishes Sixth at David Lee Arnoff Over the Weekend

GENEVA, N.Y. - Old Dominion University Sailing finished in sixth place at the David Lee Arnoff Regatta and competed in a pair of other events over the weekend.

At the David Lee Arnoff, Dreugh Phillips and Makalynne Dyer took seventh in the Division A boatwith four top-5 places, including a two third places. The Division B squad of Kyle Mergenthaler, Tori Ewing and Breanna Schultz slotted in sixth with six top 5's, and two second place finishes.

At the Carl Van Duyne MAISA Single, Alec Chicoine finished in 14th with six top-10 races, including a race best of fifth.

ODU came in 15th at the Navy Fall Women's race. Olivia Windemuller and Abigail Lockler were 12th in Division A, Emily Harrison and Jocelyn Rovniak were 16th in Division B, and Bridget Groble took 14th in Division C.
