In his first three seasons as head coach, he directed Drake to three consecutive NCAA Tournaments. Doubles tandem Gillespie and Barny Thorold were nationally earlier in the season.
Looking Ahead for the Monarchs
After the Monarchs take on Drake in their last regular season road match, they will come back to the Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center to host William & Mary on Sunday, April 15. This will mark Senior Day and conclude ODU’s regular season. Old Dominion will then travel to Houston, Texas to play in the Conference USA Tournament starting on April 20.
