NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University seniors Kyle Hutter and James Nicholson are ranked in the top-10 by InterMat wrestling, the publication released Thursday.

Hutter, a senior from Mokena, Ill., is ranked No. 8 at 133-pounds in the top-20 poll and is ranked in the top-10 by every major poll in the country. The senior is a two-time NCAA Qualifier and placed second last year at the University Nationals and qualified for the University World Team trials.

Nicholson, who is one of just 13 CAA wrestlers to win three CAA titles, is ranked No. 8 at 125-pounds. A Des Moines, Iowa native, Nicholson went 32-3 last season and is 103-17 for his career. He has also earned NWCA All-Academic Team honors three times and was the CAA Wrestling Scholar Athlete of the Year last season.

The Monarchs begin the 2010-11 regular season Sunday, Nov. 7 at the Hokie Open.
