2007-08: Won CAA Championship at 165 lbs...NCAA Qualifier...First Team All-State (VaSID)...Notched second 35-win season in a row and tied for second on the team with 10 major decisions...Ranked nationally during the season...Season high third place finish at Missouri Open...Also placed fifth at the Michigan State Open and seventh at the Southern Scuffle...Tied for a team-best 17 dual wins.
2006-07: Led team in wins with 35 and in major decisions with 13...Was named CAA Rookie of the Week three times in the season...Ranked nationally during the season...Placed in five tournaments including a career best 2nd place finish at the Michigan State Open...Also finished 3rd at the Virginia Intercollegiates and Mat Town Open while taking 4th in the Cornell Body Bar and CAA Tournament...Was 14-5 in dual competition and finished the season with 5 falls.

Prep: Brown returns to wrestle for Steve Martin after wrestling under him for two years at Great Bridge High School...One of three wrestlers in 2004-05 to win both the prestigious Beast of the East and Ironman tournaments...Was a two-time Virginia AAA state champion and a four-time state placewinner...Went 50-2 his senior year and 176-18 overall...Senior National All-American...Was a USA Wrestling Cadet Freestyle All-American in 2003 and a FILA Cadet National Champion in 2004....Ranked 8th by Wrestling USA Magazine and 6th by InterMat.
