Monarchs Fifth at Maisa Sloop Championships

ANNAPOLIS, MD (October 31) -- Old Dominion's sloop sailing team finished in fifth place today at the MAISA Sloop Championships at the US Naval Academy. St. Mary's won the event, followed by Kings Point, Georgetown, Navy and Old Dominion.

Ryan Dunn (Brick, NJ) and his crew of Augi Hernandez (Arlington Heights, IL), Dan Lawrence (West River, MD) and Adam Burns (Youngstown, NY) sailed for the Monarchs. St. Mary's and Kings Point advance to the ICYRA National Championships.
