ODU advances to compete in the iCSA Dinghy Coed Semifinals in Hampton on April 27-28
The coed team seeks to qualify for the ICSA Dingy National Semis later this month in Hampton
Monarchs took fourth in Throggs Neck and sixth in Geneva in their races over the weekend
2012-13: Took third at the MAISA Women's Fall Dinghy A Division with Shannon Wilkins... Captured eighth place with Wilkins in the Mrs. Hurst Bowl A Division... Registered a 16th place finish in the A Division of the Women's Atlantic Coast Championships with Wilkins and Rachel Austin... Recorded a 12th place finish at the Faye Bennet MAISA Women's Singles... Placed 16thwhile racing individually at the Radial Open... In the spring, competed in the Sperry Top-Sider Women's Semifinals while paired with Shannon Wilkins... Registered a fourth place finish in the A Division of the Greater New York Dinghy Regatta alongside Wilkins... Also while coupled with Wilkins, placed fourth in the A Division of the ODU Open... Secured a seventh place finish in the A Division of the MAISA Women's Spring Dinghy with Wilkins and Rachel Austin.
2011-12: Placed sixth with Jordan Stock in the MAISA Women's Fall A Division Race, 12th with Jessica Milligan in the Navy Fall Women's A Division Race and 18th with Jordan Stock and Shannon Wilkins in the Women's Atlantic Coast Championship A Division Race... Individually, finished ninth in the Faye Bennet MAISA Women's Singles and 11th in the Radial Open... In the spring, finished seventh with Shannon Wilkins and Jordan Stock at the Charleston Women's Race in the A Division race... Secured 13th place, also alongside Shannon Wilkins and Jordan Stock, in the A Division of the Emily Wick Trophy... Also while sailing with Shannon Wilkins and Jordan Stock, achieved a fifth place finish at the MAISA Women's Dinghy Championship in the A Division.
2010-11: Finished 14th at the MAISA Women's Singlehanded Championships... Sailed with Jordan Stock at the Finger Lakes Women's Regatta and the duo finished third in the B-Division... Also sailed in the Navy Fall Women's and the MAISA Top 9 Invite.
Prep: Sailed for four years at Tabor Academy... Was a skipper and won the New England Women's Championship... Received the Aquaculture & Marine Science Award.
Personal: Born May 21, 1991... Daughter of Arthur and Lisa Radtke... Spent the summer coaching sailing... Ocean, Earth & Atmospheric Sciences Major at ODU.
