Lady Monarchs In First After Two Round At Panther Intercollegiate

STOCKBRIDGE, GA-- Kimberley Bradbury is in first place, senior Samantha Morrell is eighth and Elizabeth Haycock is tied for 11th to lead the ODU Lady Monarchs to first place thus far after two rounds of the 20th annual John Kirk Panther Intercollegiate being played at the Eagle's Landing Country Club.
Bradbury shot 73-73=146 for a six stroke lead over Maria Andrea Legaspi of James Madison and seven strokes ahead of Solveig Helgesen of Georgia State. Morrell shot 82 in the first round and rallied with a 74 in the second for a 156. Haycock shot 82 in the first and 76 in the second round for a 158.
As a team, the Lady Monarchs are at 621 for 36 holes for an eight stroke lead over Kent State.
