NORFOLK, Va. - After nearly a week off of practice, Old Dominion University football was back on the practice field Friday morning in shorts, shoulder pads and helmets for the seventh practice of the spring.
The Monarchs' practice featured three periods of punt block along with team periods that dealt with red zone action, as well as full field drives. The wide receivers and defensive backs competed in one-on-one drills while the offensive and defensive line did one-on-one pass drills.
ODU will conduct its first scrimmage of the spring season on Sunday, Mar. 30 from 3-5 p.m. at Foreman Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium. The scrimmage is free and open to the public.
