Monarchs Move Up to #3 In Polls

NORFOLK, VA-- The Old Dominion University men's soccer squad (8-0) moved up to third in two of the national polls (Soccer America & Soccer Times) and remained at number four in two others (College Soccer News & NSCAA/Adidas Coaches poll). ODU beat UMBC 2-0 and Campbell, 5-0 last week.

The Monarchs are off until Oct. 10 when they host UNC Wilmington. CAA rival William and Mary (5-2-1) moved into the top twenty five this week. The 8-0 start for ODU is the best since the 12-0 start in 1975 (NCAA Div. II Regional team).
