GULF BREEZE, FLA (Feb. 22) -- Sophomore Michael Hospodar (Ontario, Canada) and freshman Geoffrey Harris (Reading, England) tied for 27th as the Monarchs of Old Dominion opened the spring golf season with an 11th place finish at the Emerald Coast Golf Tournament. As a team, the Monarchs shot a 304 today and finished with a 54 hole total of 919. Host, the University West Florida won the tournament with an 883. The Monarchs return to action on March 6-7 at the Matlock Invitational in Lakeland, Fla.
