The Seahawks closed the gap to two points early in the second half when Lane netted a 3-pointer with 17:39 remaining.

The Monarchs then scored eight unanswered points to push the margin to 10 points, with Brian Henderson's 3-pointer giving the Monarchs a 46-36 cushion with 16:08 left.

Lane hit the first of two free throws on a technical foul assessed to Hunter, but the Monarchs added five points on a 3-pointer by Valdas Vasylius and a layup by Loughton to complete a 13-1 run and give the Monarchs control the rest of the way.
