The ODU Monarchs (13-5/5-1) host the Dragons of Drexel in a CAA contest Saturday night at 7 p.m. in the Ted Constant Convocation Center. This game is the" Baskets For Books" night which benefits the ODU Libraries. This includes ODU great and Hall of Famer Kenny Gattison ('86), who will be in a free throw shooting contest against head football coach Bobby Wilder at halftime.

SERIES VS. DREXEL: ODU leads, 9-5. The Monarchs have won five straight against the Dragons. Last year, ODU defeated Drexel in Philadelphia, 62-53. The year before, ODU Edged out the Dragons in the Constant Center, 75-71 in double overtime. Drexel Last beat ODUin 2005-06, 61-42 at Drexel. Drexel has beaten ODU in Norfolk Twice, 85-74 in 2003-04 and 62-57 in 2002-03.
