TOWSON, Md. (AP) - Arnaud Dahi had a career high 20 points and eight rebounds, and Old Dominion went on a 9-0 run to close out a 65-56 victory over Towson on Wednesday.

Kiah Thomas added 15 points for the Monarchs (14-2, 4-0 Colonial Athletic Association), who won their third straight and 10th of 11.

The Tigers (4-10, 1-3) trailed by 12 at halftime, but came back to take a 54-51 lead with 5:15 remaining. Mike Green hit a jumper to tie the game at 56 with 3:28 left, but ODU held Towson scoreless for the rest of the game. The Tigers missed their final nine shots.

TU tied the score tied at 56 with 3:28 left on a basket by Mike Green. Isaiah Hunter hit two free throws with 3:12 left to give ODU a 58-56 lead. Alex Loughton put it up to four on a jummper, then Kiah Thomas hit a trey with 1:08 left to give ODU a 63-56 lead. Drew Williamson hit two free throws with 24 seconds left to complete the scoring.

The Monarchs blocked eight shots, forced 15 turnovers and held the Tigers to 35.1 percent shooting.ODU committed only one turnover in the entire second half.

Jonathan Pease led Towson with 16 points, 14 of them in the second half. Cantrell Fletcher scored 15, and Mike Green had 10 points and nine assists. Holden Plack had a game-high 11 rebounds.

The Monarchs host George Mason Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Ted Constant Convocation Center. The game will be televised live by ComCast Sportsnet.
