NORFOLK, VA--Old Dominion University junior forward Arnaud Dahi (West Coast, Africa) underwent successful surgery on his right Anterior Cruciate ligament Monday.

The procedure was done by Dr. John Schaffer, team physician. He will begin rehabilition immediately with the hopes of being ready for the start of next season.

"I am pleased that our medical staff was able to address Arnaud's situation this quickly," said ODU head coach Blaine Taylor. "By all accounts surgery went well and we our optimistic about Arnaud's rehabilition and recovery."

Dahi ranked third on the team in scoring at 11.9 points and second in rebounding at 4.8. He became the 42nd Monarch to reach the 1,000 career point mark, going over it in ODU's NIT quarterfinal win at Hofstra. Dahi now has 1019 career points.
