Monarchs Lose To James Madison, 70-66

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) (Jan. 12) - Andre McCullum led Old Dominion with 12 points while Skipper Youngblood had 11 points and nine rebounds, but James Madison rallied for the 70-66 victory.

Jabari Outtz went 5-for-6 from the foul line in the final 22 seconds for James Madison in the victory.

Outtz finished with 13 points. Dwayne Braxton scored 20 points, a career high, for the Dukes (10-5, 4-1 Colonial Athletic Association) and Pat Mitchell added 13 points and nine rebounds.

The Monarchs (6-10, 1-4) had a two-point lead with just over 2 minutes to play. But Mitchell tied the game on a layup with 1:54 remaining and Outtz's foul shooting put the Dukes in front to stay.

Andre McCullum led Old Dominion with 12 points. Skipper Youngblood had 11 points and nine rebounds.
